We implement good agricultural practices, regular tillage, pruning, fertilization and spraying activities in accordance with soil analysis in our sloping and strained olive grove, which has approximately 25,000 organic certified, 250-year-old Memecik olive trees on 2500 decares of land within the borders of Aydın province.

Early and automatic harvest is applied to all our trees in October-November. After the olives are cleared of stem and leaves, they are washed for a sufficient time and carefully, and they are pressed within 8 hours at the latest.
